i got baptised on 20th july!

at the start, it just felt like i was gonna go through the ritual. on the day itself too, i just felt quite down and bored. but i think praise and worship was powerful. God spoke and i started crying during praise already.

"i am forever grateful,
to you the highest praise,
i am a child of God,
no i wont deny it,
no i wont deny it!""

"no i wont deny it" just pierced me right in the heart. i guess i've been denying the revelations of baptism all this while, like mark 1:1-3, matthew 28: 19-20. and i just felt God saying to me dont deny and dont doubt that im His child.


"i love you with all my heart
trust you with all i have
you hold the heavens and earth in your hands
you died on the cross for me
took all my sin and shame
your name is holy
exalted above all else"

yes, funny how people's encounters come from the water and mine from praise and worship. but yea, felt great after coming out of the water. oh and i asked pastor to call me mary esther. LOL.

yupp. it was a great experience and encounter. no turning back, will never wanna turn back anymore. I am a child of God!
